Architectural Designer (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare permit and construction drawings, ensuring they adhere to best practices and local regulations
• Develop conceptual designs using Revit to provide clients with a clear project overview.
• Ensure all designs meet the requirements of codes, by-laws, and governing authorities.
• Collaborate throughout the design process to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders.
• Participate in client design meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Construction Technology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code, municipal by-laws, and other governing authorities.
• Experience preparing and submitting drawings for Building Permit Applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction methods and practices in residential, agricultural, and commercial projects.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
