Architectural Designer (Full-Time)
As our design/drafting department continues to expand, we are searching for an architectural designer who is passionate about problem-solving and understands how to translate clients’ needs into innovative designs. The ideal candidate will thrive both independently and within a collaborative environment, possess a strong eye for design, and have a deep understanding of the construction process. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, with preference given to those with previous on-site construction experience.
Experienced Agricultural Construction Crew
HFH has multiple agricultural construction crews and we are looking for experienced carpenters, familiar with building agricultural buildings such as horse barns, dairy barns, and various farm structures. This role will work on a crew of 4 to 6 with competitive wages, bonuses, and benefits.
Experienced Concrete Workers
HFH has our own Concrete Finishing division that provides a concrete crew full-time and year-round work. We focus on flatwork and do very little foundation walls. We are looking for experienced Concrete Workers that can hit the ground running.
